Block Paving - Preventing Moss & Weeds?

I've got a nice driveway that's a couple of years old (was done properly not by gypsies ). Blocks are the Hanson Formpave Aquaflow system.

Have recently cleared the joints of little bits of moss & weeds, and have topped up the dressing grit in the joints.

Has anyone got any recommendations for applying weed/moss killer and resin sealers to prevent growth in the future?

Nothing will do it permanently.

Use a systemic weed killer once or twice a year. I'm sure others can chip in with other ideas - but I found the B&Q own brand stuff very effective.

The advice I've heard is to sweep it regularly; most things that grow on it aren't coming up from beneath, they're from wind and bird-born seeds.

As above, the kiln dried sand is the perfect medium for growing in you'll just have to keep it weedkillered and clean.

Mix salt in with the grit, you can buy it in bulk for a few quid, it'll wash out out eventually but it will damage any weeds while it's there.

One from GQT, when you're draining your veg off or pasta drain it over any weeds.
