Blocked In, Slight Bump...

If it ever comes back, saying a witness stepped forward, say you don't know anything about it, and all you remember is manouvering out of a tight space, then getting out to double check you hadn't hit it, you were happy with that; then some looney tune came up and started shouting at you, and pretending to be a police officer, so you humoured him, and left.

I'd be amazed if you here any more about it.

Its also your word against Mr Warrant Card and would likely end up a civil matter for the car owner to prove it was you and all in all end up rather costly for all concerned.

Sleep tight ;)

Loving the french accent idea... bloody neighbors...

my brother had one the other day (he's just had a baby) that said "clear your backdoor walkway (walkway outside kitchen/back door) or your going to trip with that baby in your arms and ill be ringing the child protection agency straight up"
which my brother replyed with a nice "look buddy its none of your buisness .. **** off"

Seems like people just want to cause other people troubles nowadays

In my first year of driving, I completely took off my wing mirror on a parked up car. Looked at his car and not even a dent amazingly. I left a note saying what I had done and never heard a thing. I doubt you would here anything, I mean, how many times have you seen someone open a car door in a busy car park and hit another car? Does that get reported? We have bumbers for a reason. Yes if you actually left a mark, I would have expected you to leave a note, otherwise no.
