Blocking private numbers on galaxy s4

Hi all, is there a way to block private numbers BUT NOT unknown numbers on the Samsung galaxy s4, I had a google but cant seem to see a solution without blocking unknown numbers.
BTW I know how to make a auto reject list.

I used call blacklist app in the end, I can block private numbers without blocking unknowns
