In that case try blogger from google

Wordpress on your own site is much much better, but If you do not have the time to set it up then go with blogger.

Another up for Blogger, been using it since 2005, a good blogging tools available on page and since it's gone Google, it is even better

But I have to admit, if you've got time to install Wordpress on your own site, do it - much much more flexible.

I would also vote for Wordpress, you can go to wordpress.com not .org and the host your blog for free.
