Blood Bowl 2

Anyone played Blood Bowl 2? If so what do you think of it, this new version slipped under my radar completely & I really liked the last version although it had its flaws.

It sounds to me from reading reviews that it's just game 1 again. I hoped there would be more steps forward, a better career mode etc but it sounds more like BB 1.5

Oh well looks like I'll be waiting for a reduced price before I take the plunge cheers

What does any elf players do to combat bashy teams like chaos and dwarves? It seems to be a case of score quick touchdown, then spend the next 6 turns sacrificing your team members to try and delay them scoring due to their impenetrable cages. Then at halftime its their ball again so repeat trying to delay them until you run out of uninjured or conscious players.

I think that is pretty much the tactic you need to use until you get some levelled up players that can handle the rough side of the game a bit better.
