Bloody annoying Keyboard!

Hi all

Using a saitek eclipse at the moment, it's been fine for ages. Until recently, it just starts typing the full stop key "." constantly, as if i were holding it down. It doesn't sound like much, but it makes browsing impossible because Operas hotkey for search is "."

Anyone got any ideas? I've cleaned out the keyboard, tried it in a different USB port, but still no luck. The only thing i've noticed is that it's been doing it since i got a PCI wireless network card.

Try it on another pc.

Replaced the Saitek with an old PS2 keyboard, and it seems to be fine. Seems strange that the saitek is messing up though :confused:

Looking at mine it ought to be fairly easy to take apart, with any luck there's just some dirt or something stuck in that key perhaps. Not sure how easy it would be to put back together though.

yeah i would have thought theres some dirt on the connecter behind the keys.
