Bloomin' 'eck, I've only gone and won a prize...

1st runner up (4th place;)) in the Airscene 2009 Calendar Competition:) Won a copy of "Abbreviations, Acronyms and Alphabets of Aviation":)

That is officially the first thing I've won with a camera! Results are out here...

This is the shot for the link-clickingly-challenged...

Nice! didn't know they were steam powered ;)

Just wish it was a Lancaster pictured in 1st spot :) they make the best noise of anything man made :)

Doh, sorry mate! Re-read it and it makes sense now :)

Reddeathdrinker I have just been through all the other pictures and you must be very happy getting 4th place, that is a great achievement amongst all those other great pictures! Well done :)
