Blow torch options for creme brule and other kitchen fun

Any recommendations for a good blow torch that isn't a waste of money? Want to get something that will last, even if it means paying a little more than the tat you can pick up from Amazon?

We use one of these, works just fine.

That looks good. Do you keep it attached to the can or do you disconnect once you're done using it?

Yeah, at most I'd be using it to party of six, and the occasional family gatherings where's there's 16-20 but it won't get daily use like a pro would.
