Good Morning all!
Have a Z370i Gaming from Strix here which I was going to do some practise soldering on. One of the capacitors has blown the the left of the CPU Socket and Im looking to get a replacment. Ive googled whats on the capacitor but no joy. Anyone know what these are

MIL
100/16
5KX34

Thanks in advance!

The 100/16 refers to being 100uF (microFarad) and 16V (Volts).

That's the basic spec of the component - MIL probably refers to being military spec or similar. Most importantly you need the form factor of the capacitor to match i.e. the size, shape, solder locations. I would replace with something decent quality rather than looking for a perfect match.

The MIL 100/16 5KX34 capacitor is a radial leaded aluminum electrolytic capacitor with a voltage rating of 16V and a capacitance of 100uF. It is typically used in power supplies and other electronic circuits.
