I turned my pc on this morning and it powered on for all of half a second then turned off. It tripped my breaker aswell and now it wont power on. I swapped the power cable to vghe psu and no go. I assume the psu has just blown and its a simple matter of getting a new one?

Also, is it possible that my psu blowing could have damaged any other component such as my motherboard?

Thanks in advance.

Might be the fuse inside the PSU, might be worth swapping that out before ya fork out for a new PSU.

No i just read a thread on another forum, saying its not easy to replace them fuses in your model, and proberbly not a good idea as it blew for a reason, and ya might end up overvolting something.
