Bloxx/cpanel issues

Currently in college just now , i attempt to go to my control panel of my website, however, the college is run by bloxx. I have contacted the tech department and they have forwarded the ports (2082) however, they dont seem to know why it is still blocking the cpanel.

they are in contact with bloxx, but for now wanted to see if anyone else may have any ideas?

ps, also contacted the web space provider ( native space) and they have suggested forwarding ports etc, still no resolution.

Firewall probably, it's a non-standard port

Better solution is probably this very handy cPanel proxy - setup a subdomain on your account and upload the files to the subdomain's folder, that should be it
