I have purchased a samsung blu ray and dvd combo and I just bought some blu ray dvds. when i come to putting the dvd in and it loads in freezes after about 10 seconds. what do i do???????

You will need to install software to play the bluray through. If it was a retail copy you should have got powerdvd with it?
