Blu ray error!

Hi,

When playing blu ray films on CyberLink PowerDVD 11 i get this messages below. The cards a 6950.
Only started happening after new install of windows 7 64bit.
Any idea?

well it's the same player software..
The first time it hang i just exit the disc.

This time i just had to ctrl alt delete and close the film which froze. then the messages came up..
I try uninstall and redo the patches
