Blu-Ray Playback software

With Blu-ray still in it's infantcy, I'm guessing that the number of freeware Blu-ray software players is very close to zero.

I purchased the Samsung Blu-Ray drive that was on special just before Xmas, which comes with PowerDVD 9, suffice it to say it worked once, and hasn't played a Blu-ray disc since (yes uninstalled/reinstalled/uninstalled/cleaned/reinstalled to no avail), all I get now is a BLANK error window.

Tried a trial of PowerDVD 10, same problem. So now I'm after a working Blu-ray software player.

Any thoughts on which one is

a) cheap
and
b) works

Well part of the reason for the post was to see if anyone else had the same problem with PowerDVD as I did. It came with the drive, should work, did work but doesn't now.

So it looks like another 6 hours trying to get PowerDVD to work. I wonder how many more install/remove/install cycles I have to do.
