Blu Ray Player suggestion please

Hello,

My partner recently brought a refurbished blu ray player for 119, but we both didn't like the standard of the player, so we returned it. We are now shopping around for one and the opinion of someone who isn't trying to sell me something is priceless. So thanks

My partner has a budget of 100, but for the standard she is looking for, she isn't going to get that. So don't worry about going over the budget, it's just an ideal figure.

I have the Sony S370 and it is super. Can get iPlayer and all that on it too.

yes the s370 can be had for £99 and i would highly recommend it

I would have liked the S370, but the partner preferred the SAMSUNG BD-C5300 better over the choices I gave her. Probably because it had 6 blu rays with too and it was cheaper at £139.99. Well cheaper at the places the partner wanted to buy from anyway.

I've got it set up and running all updated and so far I can't fault it. Seems like a good buy so far. Time will tell though.

Sony S360 (£75~) or S370 (£100) for sure.

The Sony BDPS370 has been getting lots of priase in the hi-fi mags, seems to be the budget player to have. If my other half hand't bought me a Phillips for Xmas, I'd be getting one. Quick price check was £119.95

Well It certainly comes recommended from me. It's quite fast at loading discs, image quality is really good. I can't fault it.

I'll soon be buying the sound system for it's last minute touches

We'll see how that goes!
