Memtest looks okay. Unless its a compatibility issue?

How many DIMM slots are occupied? I've had all manner of BSOD problems with a D3HP with four sticks in it (and thats 4 sticks of tested memory from two different brands) that mysteriously vanish when you take 2 sticks out.
