Hi all,
I hope someone can help me out (and that this is the right place to ask for help). Been getting blue screens with my new PC. I have never had one when playing a game but had three this week while watching TV and listening to music.
I have an i5 overclocked to 4.5MHz and Asus P8Z68-V LE motherboard, which I bought pre-overclocked in a bundle. They supposedly did a bunch of tests before sending it out, and it seems odd that the overclock would be the problem, given that I am not doing anything intensive when I have a blue screen.
I have a GTX 560 Ti, which, like a lot of people, I have had to downclock to 850MHz to play BF3.
Here's some data from the event viewer:

BugcheckParameter3 0xbe200000
BugcheckParameter4 0x5110a

PowerButtonTimestamp 0
Someone suggested that I update my BIOS. I couldn't find the CD with the Asus update utility, so I downloaded a version, but when I tried to run it, an error message told me 'Sorry, this application only supports ASUS motherboards!'.
I hope someone can help. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to tell you.
Cheers,
Mark
