First off try removing your Overclock and booting with stock settings. If the BSOD keeps happening constantly then try booting with just one stick of RAM at a time.
You would run a blend test using a program called Prime95 to check your Overclock is stable whilst running the likes of CoreTemp to keep an eye on your Temps at the same time.
