Blue Screen Error - 0x00000f4

Having issues with a blue screen on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

Starting to become more frequent.

The error code which comes up is as follows:

STOP: 0X000000F4 (0X000000000000003, ........................................ ,.............................................. ,...............................................)

Have had a search on google for the error code but couldn't find anything that was relevant (talking about IDE drives when I have a SSD etc.)


Computer is..

i5 2500k
Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 Motherboard
60GB OCZ Agility 3
8GB Crucial Ballistix RAM

I would run Memtest for starters to check your RAM.

As you see by the list below, they have been busy with the bios I would suggest upgrading this before doing anything
