blue screen error on loadup once a day

Hello
I made this rig about 9 months ago and it ran fine but last month i think maybe less when i turn it on for the 1st time for the day it loads into windows and crashs and when i reset it, it works 100% fine for the rest of the day so it happends every day :(

using whocrashed it says

Make sure all your drivers are up too date and not like 5 years old, all drivers by the way not just GPU Mobo, stuff like Drives, Audio.

Try booting into safe mode with command prompt and type in "chkdsk /f" without the quotation marks and wait a while. WARNING: This command erases/fixes any corrupted data on the HDD so some of your personal files may be erased.
