Blue Screen hardware error

Ok, i bought the overclocked core i7 bundle @ 4 ghz, 6gb ram, gigabyte ud3r almost half a year back, was running great until i encountered DPC latency problems, so to resolve this i had to revert back to stock clock, and then i upped the multiplier again to x21.

so that problem was solved, but now after about 20-30 mins of gaming i get a blue screen saying that the hardware isnt working, and i get a buzz from the speakers.

apart from changing the bios back, i have done nothing. any help?!

Download Prime95 and see when overclocked if you can pass a couple of hours with the blend test.

Sounds to me like something is unstable, so it may need a slight bump of voltage to get it stable again.
