Firstly sorry if this is in the wrong area but i didnt see a tech help bit.
Bought my self a core i5 set up and sold my old stuff. Now i've got nothing but trouble with blue screens :|
My set up:
Asus Sabertooth p67 (b3 revision)
core i5 2500
corsair xms3 1600 mhz ram
^ these are the new bits (my pc worked fine before hand, no blue screens)
radeon HD 5770
3 hard drives, 1 SSD, 2 mechanical.
coolermaster 700 watt PSU
Basically when i bought the new stuff i couldnt even install windows because it blue screened and only detected 1 HDD at a time. After flashing the bios and several attempts later i managed to install windows.
It then ran fine for a day. (by this time i had windows on a SSD and a normal HDD both were working).
A day later i turn my pc on and blue screen on booting windows. Same goes for both SSD and normal HDD.
I took it back to my local shop where i got it from and they apparently tested it and it ran fine ... no BSOD (but they would only test the components i bough there or they would charge me for booking my pc in).
I take the bits back to mine, reassemle it and nothing but BSOD again. So i formatt and it works again .... then suddenly another BSOD this morning and several in a row ....
Now its on again and running for the time being. But i realy have no idea whats causing this.
Any input / help would be appreciated
