Don't start adjusting anything in your BIOS. Especially not CPU voltages, the last thing you want to do is start playing around with the voltage of your cpu when you're not competent and don't even know if it has any relation to the current issues.
Going into event viewer may well give you some error codes... however, I imagine if you knew how to do this you wouldn't have asked here for help in the first place.
Also, I'm not saying it is something to worry about. However don't brush it under the carpet, you will never get a BSOD for nothing. Something is obviously up, and it needs to be sorted. If you ignore these things, it just gets worse.
Download "bluescreenview" and it really will isolate the problem for you, telling you what caused you to have the BSOD, then you can go about sorting it out. Post the results in here and we will try and help you further. It's free and takes 30 seconds, no installation required either.
Please don't adjust any voltages or an occasional BSOD will be the least of your problems.
