blue Screen on 1 file

every time i use I.E or virus scan my computer it blue screens its down 2 1 file in the temp or in Internet Temp but i cant delete it or rename or do anything with it i dont know what file it is.

is there any way of removing all temp from a users not in windows? cus when i plug the drive in another pc the same happens i browse to the files and it locks the pc up and blue screens.

anyone got any ideas?

What about a live linux cd, knoppix for example, you'd be able to view your files, could try deleting it then.
Or could try deleting file with command prompt.

Ccleaner won't remove it I take it?
Online file scanner, not a virus/spyware...?
