Blue screen on initial boot

Strange one guys, New rig I built and every 1st boot will boot to a BSOD which the screen is really distorted but its indicating Memory. It'll do its thing, get to 100% and then boot completely fine. Spec is below, Anyone had this before?

Ryzen 5 5600
MSI B550 Gaming Carbon Wifi
4x8GB Trident Z RGB 3200mhz
RX6800 Nitro

BIOS is up to date aswell as Windows 10

You could try clear the cmos and set bios to defaults/optimised settings.

Also try one or two sticks of ram in the default slot/s.

When i had a 5600 it didn't like running with 4 sticks of ram, i would get random game dumps to desktop and random BSOD.
dropping down to 2 sticks fixed that.
