Try a system restore from safe mode to a time before this started occurring. Most likely GPU drivers IMO (or possibly a failing card) so try a previous (non beta) driver version if you recently updated them

from what i have just read on several other sites it could be a GPU driver issue also it states to make sure all windows supdates are done as well
