blue screen query

ive just switched to a 480gtx from a ati 5770,cleaned all the drivers out but i no there might be some left over but ive just had a blue screen with this error

its only happened since i put a 480gtx in,so i have just reformatted as i had a ati and it did it again just the once,but i dont no if its because i have installed the hd drivers for the nvidia card after i had already installed the onboard sound card drivers,so i have took the nvidia sound driver of and will see how it goes,p.s i havent tried safe mode as it has only done it 3 times today since new card has gone in,thanks for the help Ice but does the error mean it could be anything in particular thanks

so if i uninstall the drivers of the card will i be ok to still play my games,and cheers for the help
