blue screen query

now and again i get a blue screen when playing games i.e bfbc2 and today when it did it it went to reboot but it showed nothing on the screen but pc had started,had to switch it of at switch then turn power of at socket for a minute then it booted up fine,anyone got any info on good programes to run to test the cpu gpu and memory cheers or maybe any info on what it could be
 
sory i didnt take note of the code will keep a look out for it next time and the psu is only a few months old hope its not on its way out already,just ran furmark for 1 hour temps went to 92 and all seemed fine,ran prime95 for 45 minutes and temps didnt go above 44 so might try and see what memory programme i can try,thanks again
