Blue screen then a boot error

Hey,

Have twice now suffered a crash starting with a freeze then a blue screen and then a Reboot & select proper boot or insert boot media in selected boot device error on restart.

Anyone had experience with similiar?

Could be a failing hard disk. You should be able to find software to check the disk's health on the manufacturers website.
