think thats not good lol
ur help has been great shankly thanks again
so is it one hundred percent the RAM at fault ? think i will go for 8gb of ram this time.
what a waste of money buying that RAM , wish i solved problem earlier and could have returned RAM,i need RAM that will defo work with my mobo, why is this ram at fault ?
any ideas
thanks Dean
I would try running memtest with 1 stick at a time for each stick then alternating them into different motherboard slots first just to rule out a motherboard problem.
Usually a dead motherboard slot is "Works or does not" affair but best you are 100% sure it's memory.
ok so should i swap the 2 memory sticks around firstly or just remove 1 for now ?
also i still have reciept for my ram u think i should return ?
