Blue screen when exiting games

My PC seems to enjoy bluescreening when exiting some games. Doesnt happen all the time, maybe once or twice a day. Any specific things that could be causing it?

Mine did just this before the motherboard packed in. 2 hrs solid in games like BC2 was fine then BSOD when back to desktop. Sorry I've no helpful info though
