Blue screen :(

Hi, recently built my new rig and now it randomly restarts or goes to the blue screen. In the blue screen it says,

IRQL_not_less_or_equal

then text
then
STOP: 0x0000004, etc, etc

P5E motherboard, Leadtek 8800gtx, 2gb ocz, 750w, samsung dvd writer, q6600, sata 500gb.

Done all updates from Mobo cd, downloaded nvidia drivers, updated mouse drivers, updated sound drivers, updated windows(xp pro sp2), and now updating dvd wr drivers..

Is there anything else I can do or is this problem common with this mobo/memory/etc ?
