can somebody tell me the hardware than can cause these blue screens as i cannot play any games due to the volume of crashes

If you get an error then we know it's the RAM.....i'd bet it is and you shouldn't have to wait long to see an error if the rig is crashing frequently. Test one stick of RAM at a time then you will know which one is throwing up an error.

One of the modules could be faulty or you might need to adjust the timings and or voltage to keep the rig happy.
 
I have just clicked windows memory diagnostic tool but it says error because I have more than 4gb, there is another tool called memtest86, maybe I need to try that
