Blue values

When I create a blue colour (C70 M0 Y20 B0) in InDesign and Photoshop I get the following colour

However the same coour using this website looks completely different

Could anyone offer an explanation. Thanks.

You've basically exceeded the gamut for printing in CMYK. This should tell you more; http://www.earthboundlight.com/phototips/taking-control-gamut-warnings.html

Do you NEED it in CMYK? If it's just for web/online use, you can just change the image mode to RGB and you'll see the blue you want.

We need it in CMYK as it'll be printed.

It may depend on the specifics on your image, but tweaking the colour profile settings may help, desaturate, or find another colour... but there's no getting away from the fact you have an RGB colour that is not printable in CMYK. This is generally why all design work should be done in CMYK if print is your end goal.
