Bluescreen issue - Video_tdr_failure ( atikmpag.sys) WINDOWS 8.1

As the title says occasionally I get a blue screen on windows 8.1 and this is what comes up on the screen before it does the restart...

Anyone experienced this or have any idea what is causing it and how to fix it?

What drivers are you using?
TDR is the Timeout, Detection, and Recovery component in windows. When the graphics device gets too low on resources and stops responding, windows will attempt to recover by restarting the graphics device

Add a touch more voltage (0.12mV should be enough) to your GPU and see if it does it again.

I'm using 14.4 at the moment but I was using 13.12 aswell and it did it once on that.
Its not done it during any games though... Once when I booted up and soon as it hit the desktop it did it... and twice when I loaded up a youtube video...

Just had a bluescreen again for the first time in a while.

This time the atikmpag.sys error didn't come up infact no error came up it just blue screen then windows 8.1 went into restart mode...
When it did bluescreen I got that buzzing sound loop thing where the sound just goes like ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ constantly until it restarts.

Its very weird though as it hasn't blue screened once in any games at all when the system is under stress but this is the second time its done it when booting up a youtube video on the desktop...so explain that lol.
