Bluescreen while running Prime95

I have my CPU set to 3.3ghz @ 1.36v its passed 45mins of Prime so far but at 3.4ghz it fails after a few mins with a bluescreen is there anything I can do apart from upping CPU voltage to rectify this. Temps are 71C so I don't want to go any higher. BTW board is P5Q Pro, I have upped the fsb and NB a notch and that already got rid of bluescreens at 3.3ghz

How far have you upped the NB and FSB Term?

Could probably up them to 0.1v above the lowest setting. Is there a PLL option? If there is then set it to 1.54v.

you can only up the NB and FSB in increments of 0.02 so thats what I did, I think there might be a PLL option I`ll try 1.54

1.2v is the lowest FSB and NB setting? So 1.3v would be grand.

Thats a little high, what is your cooling situation like?
