Hi,

My computer randomly blue screened with WHEA Uncontrollable Error shown. I ran BlueScreenView and the BUG CHECK CODE is "0x00000124". It shows "HAL.dll, NTOSKRNL.dll and PSHED.dll" to be errors.

Is that related to my CPU shutting down directly? My temps are fine so I can only assume it is from my overclock. If so should I reduce the multiplier or the core volts?

I also read it could be due to drivers and was wondering if this linked with this problem I had the other day:

Thanks

I removed the GPU overclock and then I raised the vcore from 1.180v to 1.190v. I then ran a game I usually get 120FPS stable on and was only getting around 80FPS choppy.

I then decided to remove all overclocking from CPU and GPU and test as stock. Again I was getting the same low FPS.

I have just installed a fresh version of Windows 10 Enterprise N on my PC today, I made sure all the drivers were updated to the latest using Driver Booster.

Everything I am reading is pointing to this Creator Update 1703.

Does this mean my CPU is broke or am I missing something?

Sorry for double post but this may help someone else..

I think I have fixed it and the culprit was CAM SOFTWARE FPS Display that came with my NZXT HUE+.

I disabled that and my frames shot up to over 200 FPS.
