My Friend runs his internet via Wireless. Now, this is picked up via a WIFI/Bluetooth card in his pc (On the Mobo).

He has asked if he would come across any issues using a bluetooth keyboard?

As they both use the same device on the mobo would there be any incompatibilities? He is using a Wireless mouse with a Nano receiver. Ta
 
Surely it would just recognise it as another device. Pretty sure you would not get any issues. Even if he did just take it back..
 
No issues at all. Some cheapo combined bluetooth/wifi adapters have some issues (Looking at you Realtek RTL8723BS) with doing streamed audio, keyboards and wifi at the same time, but most are fine.
