bluetooth drivers

I bought a bluetooth usb dongle recently and have been using it on my desktop. It works fine when I plug it in (it claims the install has failed but works anyway) but if I restart a 'usb device not recognised' error comes up and I have to unplug and plug in again.

I am using win 7 x64. Any ideas?

I bought it from an online marketplace so there was no specified brand :rolleyes:

I think it was supposed to install drivers automatically so I should probably have sent it back but it was fine in my laptop when I didnt keep it plugged in all the time (never had the problem of it failing when I reboot).

i have the same one, got it from a friend, 62p. it installed the drivers automaticly for me, taken the case off and cant see any numbers or words of a hint to what it could be :/

Got the same one, download the 'toshiba bluetooth stack' should do the job

Yep one on the toshiba site, just get the latest one, should work fine.
