I bought a Motorola H3 bluetooth headset from Carphone Warehouse to use with my Sony Ericsson D750i. Although it sync's and receives calls ok, I cannot use voice tags. It doesn't recognise any of the contacts. I have tried re-recording the voice tags but can only record them from my SE not the headset itself, I have tried moving the headset at different distances and volumes and 1 out of 10 times it might recognise.
I went back to CW and they have said they can only exchange for another different headset but the salesman says only the SE headset will work properly not others. I was not made aware of this when I bought the Motorola. The SE headset is £60 and double what I have paid for the Motorola. I don't want to pay any more as its not something I will use all the time, just in the car for long/unfamililar journeys.
What can I do? Do I need to get a SE headset or should any other be able to work?
