Bluetooth headset needed for the gym.....

I've joined a gym and really want to be able to play music and audiobooks from my Android phone to a bluetooth headset that isn't going to fall off at the first hint of a bit of sweat or a bit of running.

From what I can see, a headset needs to support "A2DP" but as far as I can see, most regular headsets don't seem to!?!?!?

Can anyone recommend me a set without spending a fortune?

Recently got the Plantronics BackBeat GO for £40, battery is enough for a session at the gym and goin home, sound is so-so but then it is wireless.

I've got a pair of LG Electronics Tone+ HBS-730 sat at home waiting for me so I'll let you know what they're like once I've had a play.
I did try a pair of Plantronics BackBeat 903+ Stereo but the connection quality was terrible constant stopping and jumping.
