Bluetooth Headset not in ear?

Can you get bluetooth headsets that do not go into the ear (like an earphone)? If so, can anyone give me a model/make? its hard to tell by looking at pictures online.

Nokia HS-4W. Works like the original wired nokia headsets, it's lightly pressed against ear but does not go inside.

Is that what you needed?
