Had a budget pair of Aukey Latitude which were just about useable, looking for an upgrade due to heavy use - looking about on various threads I've seen following mentioned elsewhere:

Bose QuietControl 30
Main requirements are minimal sound leak, good music and microphone performance. These will be used for office for phone calls and listening to music (mostly metal), and commuting on trains. Comfort also a consideration as I'll be wearing them 8+ hours, prefer cable/neckband over true wireless buds but I'm happy wearing any setup.
Any opinions on these or recommendations for other options? No budget restriction, I tried a bunch of in-ear wired options previously but couldn't find a pair that didn't pickup noise off the cable when moving about which made them unsuitable for office calls.
