Hi chaps,

I'm looking at getting a bluetooth hands free kit to upgrade my old nokia cradle type.

Anyone got any experience in the car stereos that have integrated Bluetooth hands free?

If I could get one like that for a few quid more and get an iPod connect chucked in I'd be really pleased...

Any recommendations for online stores or companies that do such products?

Cheers!

I love mine (Pioneer DEH-P55BT), cannot fault it for both its iPod connectivity, or its Bluetooth connectivity, and the echo cancellation is superb.

It's been superceeded now, but the newer models are just as good, if not better!

Take a look at http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk

Cheers Paradigm...

Maybe I'll try to pick up a second hand one..

not too fussed on brand etc I'll have a look round cheers

If its of any interest I have a the Sony Bluetooth head unit, something something 2600, has full bluetooth in it, no external mic (its in the unit) and has an aux port on the front. BEST thing about it is you can use A2DP for music streaming. I have a bluetooth a2dp adaptor for my iphone, small box thing, you can get on ebay, and you can control the iphone from the headunit (basics, i.e. next track, fast forward etc) and sounds fantastic.

I didnt fancy spending a lot on a bluetooth/ipod solution so this was good enough for me, £120 all in.
