Hi, I’m looking for some advice, I bought me and my son a pc from Facebook group a couple of years ago and its brilliant for me to get in to pc gaming but after buying an Xbox controller a playstation 5 controllers and a arctis nova headset over the year I can’t for the life of me get them connected,

It says on the windows device couldn’t connect and if the device supports Bluetooth to turn it on or update drivers, but I’m not sure where or what I’m doing.

My pc is
kfa2 ge force rtx3060 12gb oc
I7-10700 8 core 4.8ghz
Gigabyte h510m h motherboard
Corsair vengeance lpx 16gb 3200mhz drr4 ram,

I’d love and appreciate any and all help and tips to help navigate updating and maintaining a pc,

Thanks very much.

I honestly don’t
Let's start from the beginning...it's hard to troubleshoot otherwise.

Does your computer have Bluetooth or do you have a Bluetooth dongle connected to the computer
Hi, thanks for the reply, I didn’t know I’d need one tbh i thought it would have been something in the actual other components,

I ripped my cupboard apart thinking I’d found one but that was an older tp link ac600 archer t2u plus usb adaptorthat came with the computer and as far as Google works for me it isn’t a Bluetooth adapter.

Would you have a recommendation for a good Bluetooth adaptor?

Thanks very much for your time.

Hi, it’s just to get my son happy and not feel so stupid that i bought an Xbox elite controller and a ps5 one and didn’t get any of them to work, im coming from a ps4 so thought the ps5 or other controller would be a good fit to chill playing games like days gone and read dead so dont need anything that would need to be amazing then for the competitive side its wire keyboard and mouse,

All take all this advice on board and thanks very much for the comments and advice it’s much appreciated.
