I was at a party on Saturday, so took my Surface 2 and bluetooth speakers for background noise.
They don't have wifi, so I was using my tether.
When I had the phone tethered, and then tried to connect my speakers, it came up with "Unable to connect due to a metered connection"
However, I turned off the tether, connected them via bluetooth and then did the tether, the music then came out of the bluetooth speakers, until the song was changed (So some pause)
Obviously this looks like a Windows limitation, is there any settings etc?
It's a ridiculous limitation really.
