Hi,
I am getting a bluetooth headset for my dad's K750i. He had the original Jabra headset over a year ago but found it difficult to use and uncomfortable so he wants one of the clicp over types. I found the HBH-610 for about £50 inc shipping. Is it a good and easy to use headset? I have read mixed reviews on the comfort and battery life but the sound quality is supposed to be excellent. Any advise or recommendations for alternatives?

Thanks

how do you determine if a headset is good or not?
i mean all you do is talk through it... i have it well all i can say is that it works and dont forget to read through the instructions then installing.

Difficult to say - what one person will get on with another may not.
I have a W800i and as this supports Bluetooth 2 I decided to go for the HBH-610 as that also supports Bluetooth 2.
I managed to find one on Ebay - "Unwanted Gift" and paid £40 including delivery which really wasn't bad at all.

Personally I like it.
Sound quality is excellent and battery life seems to be living up to the quoted specification.
It's comfy on the ear and overall I've been very impressed.
However as this is my first bluetooth headset I've really got nothing to compare it with.

Note on the HBH-610.
Manual states you should do an initial 8hr charge.
I got it, plugged it in and got the "Fully Charged" indicator after about an hour or so.
Light was green and the press combination showed a full battery.
Device paired up with the W800i first time and all seemed to be well - except the two devices wouldn't work, simple as.
Put it back on charge overnight, it got well over it's 8hr charge and it's been 100% happy ever since.
So make sure it gets its initial 8hr charge if you decide to go ahead.

Thanks. I got it, charged it overnight and my dad is pleased with it :) I found it annoying to get on and off my ear but he does it fine. Its pretty good, good sound quality and its small and light.
