Bluetooth stack issue (win 7)

Hey,

I'm having a major problem with the installation of a bluetooth stack on windows 7. I manage to install the drivers properly (widcomm drivers) however when I plug my bluetooth dongle in it continues to use the microsoft bluetooth stack. I have attempted to remove the drivers by uninstalling them from the device manager but when I plug the dongle in it just re-installs them!

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue as you.

You might have to edit the inf file in the widcom drivers to include the device IDs of the bluetooth dongle you're installing.

Thats a royal pain, I might just revert to the older more unstable (but working) drivers.
