Bluetooth USB Adapter ES-388 V 2.0 software help

Hi i've just bought Bluetooth USB Adapter ES-388 and the mini cdrom installation CD that has come with it isn't being read by either DVD rom or CD-RW drive. I've done some google searches but haven't found anything suitable.

Has anybody got any ideas of how i can fix the problem?
