Bluetooth won't wake from sleep

I noticed my BT keyboard won't wake the PC from sleep. It also seems to turn off a lot. "Allow this device to wake the computer" is greyed out under Power Management for the device. Is this normal or have I done something wrong? Could I have plugged the BT card in to the wrong USB header on the board (should it be in a USB3 header not USB2?). Is there an alternative driver I can try or something? I tried an external USB BT dongle and that allows wake from sleep, but it has bad reception under the desk and often causes "sticky" keys.

This is the card: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GC-WB300D-rev-10#ov

Mobo: Gigabyte-Z77-UD5H-WIFI.

(I've disabled the device here, this is just for reference) https://imgur.com/B8D9viJ

Thanks!
